Abstract

The long-term aim of this Part Project of the SFB 627 is to support an easy integration of AR-applications in the Nexus-System. In order to achieve this goal suitable mapping algorithms must be found to map abstract object attributes to geometrical and graphical features. Overlaying the abstract information with the real objects provides many possibilities of Augmented Reality (AR), e.g. the object class or system state, which is available through the Nexus-System, can easily be visualized.
